maintenance of children.
3. Institutional measures
Establishment of a national committee to fight against GBV including FGM with a
policy advisory role;
Establishment of regional and departmental committees in areas of high FGM
prevalence;
Establishment of a unit to combat gender-based violence including FGM;
Establishment of family dispute resolution units in all wilayas.
