In addition, CHRAJ is responsible for educating members of the public about their rights and obligations under the Act, in consonance with the values of our new constitutional democratic order. Articles 8 and 9 of the African Article 8 Freedom of conscience, the profession and free practice of religions shall by guaranteed.
