45. Moreover, Mauritius also acceded to the Arms Trade Treaty on 23 July 2015 and the Convention on Cluster Munitions on 1 October 2015. 46. Mauritius accession to the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Africa is contemplated. All implications thereof are presently being examined. 47.
