diploma courses in economics, finance business management

MSc in agricultural engineering and plant and animal sciences.

The gender parity index at higher learning institutions has also assumed a positive trend
and growth. With the exception of the slight irregularity seen in the College of Business and
Economics in 2015/16 academic year, the pattern of growth is promising (Refer table
below). The present 41% participation level of female students in higher learning is a
remarkable progress. Furthermore, the right and opportunity accorded to female students in
science and technology, health and medicine, agriculture and marine science and technology
is an additional reflection to the effort going on to create a reliable human capital formation
for a diversified growth of the Eritrean economy.
