B. Right to Equal Access to the Public Services and Properties Through the National Strategic Vision, the Public Service Charter and the Public Service Act, public officers in Botswana are mandated to render services to the public by adhering to non discriminatory principles. In particular, the Public Service Charter sets out the basic principles of the public service such as public interest, due diligence, the duty to be informed, neutrality and impartiality by which employees are guided in dealing with the public they serve.
