No amendment of a Rule shall be passed unless it is supported by not less than seven Judges of the Court Rules 75 Adoption These Rules shall be adopted by not less than seven Judges of the Court and signed by the President. Rule 76 Entry into Force and Authentic Text These Rules, the texts of which in the working languages of the Court are equally authentic, shall enter into force on 2 June 2010.
