National Heritage Conservation Commission Act 467. The National Heritage Conservation Commission Act, Chapter 173 provides for the conservation of ancient, cultural and natural heritage, relics and other objects of aesthetic, historical, prehistorical, archaeological or scientific interest. Copyright and Performance Rights Act 468. The Copyright and Performance Rights Act No. 44 of 1994 establishes the Zambia Music Copyright Society, which protects all works and products of cultural significance. B. JUDICIAL MEASURES 469. There are no judicial measures to report on. C. ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES 470. Zambia has a National Cultural Policy whose salient features include the following: 471.
