This multiplicity opens avenues of dialogue, enriches discussion, and help reach the truth. It is also in agreement with the principle of decision collectivity, which results in avoiding individual abusive practices and authoritarian decision-taking. 5- Publicity of Sessions One of the most crucial litigation guarantees is the publicity of sessions i.e. conducting legal proceedings in public sessions where every person has the right to attend. Article 25 of the Judicature Law stipulates that "Court sessions shall be held in public unless ordered by the Court to be in camera in observance of public morals or in preservation of public order. Pronouncement of judgment in all cases shall be in public sessions).
