resources   allocated   to   the   various   agencies   in   their   anti-­‐corruption   agenda.   This   process   has   so   far  not  been  regular  and  not  formalized.   Majority  of  Respondents  (81.4  percent)  reported  that  the  incidence  of  corruption  was  high  in   the  public  sector  (Figure  19).     Majority   of   Respondents   (59.4   percent)   also   indicated   that   corruption   was   not   the   exclusive   attribute   of   the   public   sector,   but   that   the   private   sector   was   also   rife   with   corrupt   practices   (Figure  20)         46
