because it requires the participation of women in
management organs without discrimination.
It prohibits discrimination on the basis of ethnicity,
religion, sex and language in the formation, organization
and running of political parties.
Law No. 08/005 of 10 June,
Article 3, Paragraph 6 stipulates that: “political parties
