The Africa Governance Report The following are recommendations for peace and security: 1. Member States are encouraged to sign, ratify and implement all relevant peace, security and stability instruments. 2. The AU should operationalize the African Standby Force, and increase efforts to secure sustainable funding for peace and security activities. 3.
