Thus, the members of gender focal units of Ministries, parliamentarians, judges, prefects, traditional rulers, religious leaders, media professionals, associations and NGOs for the defence of women's rights, media people of the six regions, etc. concerned with the various thematic areas of the Committee's recommendations and concerns were sensitised. 3.1.2 – Access to justice, including legal aid and law enforcement training (Article 8). 508. In terms of access to justice, there is no discrimination between men and women. But the real problem lies in the acquisition of the means to be able to have access to it easily. The fact is that, because of the feminisation of poverty, it is difficult for women, in most cases, to benefit adequately from judicial services.
