(h) establishment of common ethical guidelines for research; and (i) the harmonisation of policies on commercialisation of technologies and promotion and protection of intellectual property rights. 2. For purposes of paragraph 1 of this Article, the Partner States shall undertake such additional activities with regard to science and technology as the Council may determine. 78
