Accelerate the implementation of a national repatriation policy for Ivorian refugees and ensure that relevant programmes are put in place to protect and provide assistance to displaced persons and refugees living in the country ; In August 2011, the High Commissioner for Refugees (HCR) concluded a Tripartite Agreement with the Governments of Côte d'Ivoire and Liberia by establishing a legal framework and modalities for wilful and free repatriation of Ivorian refugees in Liberia. A similar agreement was also concluded with the Ghanaian authorities in October 2011. 19
