There is a gradual integration of the District Tribunals into the formal judicial system and training of their clerks and scribes are ongoing With support of UNDP operational manuals for the Sheriff Division and the Office of the Registrar have also been put in place to avail members of the public the necessary information required on how these offices work and what is expected of them. In addition to this the manuals also ensured that the holders of these offices know and are continuously trained on their roles and responsibilities are in the provision of the services required of them. 124
