• The Department of State, Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs and Vocational Training is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Government's policy on employment, social affairs and vocational training. It has the mandate and the responsibility to: - Develop, monitor and enforce standards, laws and regulations on labour, in conjunction with the Ministries of Justice, Interior and the Child; - Coordinate, identify and implement measures related to the worst forms of child labour in conjunction with the Ministry in charge of the Child.
