(2) Every bill of costs shall be endorsed with:(a) the name and address of the advocate lodging the
same;
(b)
the name and address of every party to be served or his
or her advocate;
(c)
a certificate signed by the advocate lodging the bill
that the number of folios, in respect of any item in
the bill charged for by the folio, is correct and if such
certificate is found to be incorrect the item may be
disallowed.
(3) Every bill of costs shall be endorsed at the end thereof
with a form of certificate for signature by the taxing officer certifying
the result of the taxation, in accordance with Form G of the Seventh
Schedule.

(1) Disbursements shall be shown separately at the foot of
the bill of costs.
(2) Receipts for the disbursements shall be produced to the
taxing officer and copies served to the other party at least fourteen (14)
days before taxation.

No alteration or addition to a bill of costs once lodged shall
be made except by consent of the parties or by permission of the taxing
officer or the Court.

When a bill of costs has been lodged as aforesaid, the taxing
officer shall issue a notice to all parties concerned or their advocates
giving the date, time and place at which the bill will be taxed.
7.
The taxing officer shall have power to limit or extend the
time for any proceedings before him, and to adjourn the same from time
to time and from place to place.
8.
If any party or advocate who has been duly served with a
notice of taxation fails to appear at the date and time specified in such
notice, the taxing officer may proceed to tax the bill notwithstanding
such absence.
