East African Community Court of Justice Rules of Procedure, 2019. (8) The Registrar shall provide the parties with certified copies of the judgment. 80. (1) Every decision of the Court shall be embodied in a decree or an order. Embodiment and signing of decrees or orders. (2) A decree or an order referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be signed, sealed and dated by the Registrar as of the date the decision was delivered and shall contain particulars of the case and specify clearly the relief granted or other determination of the case including costs. 81. (1) Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in any judgment of the Court or any error arising in it from accidental slip or omission, may at any time whether before or after the judgment has been embodied in a decree or an order be corrected by the Court either of its own motion or on the application of any of the parties so as to give effect to what the intention of the Court was when judgment was given. (2) A decree or an order of the Court may at any time be corrected by the Court either of its own motion or on the application by any interested person if it does not correspond with the judgment it purports to embody or, where the judgment has been corrected under sub-rule (1) with the judgment corrected.
