85. Mother bodies of faith-based organisations involved in human rights promotion include: Zambia Episcopal Conference, Christian Council of Zambia and the Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia. 86. The responsibility for compiling reports under the various international and regional human rights instruments falls under the Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the other line ministries and departments. It is worth noting that Zambian NGOs are invited to participate and do assist in compiling State reports. Reports prepared under the various instruments are public documents and can be made available on request. 52
