employee either housing, a loan or advance towards the purchase or
construction of a house, guarantee facility for a mortgage or house loan
on behalf of an employee or pay housing allowance.

In addition Section 21 of the Employment (Amendment) Act entitles an
employee to be given medical services if that forms part of his conditions
of service.

Section 42 of the same Act provides that every employer shall ensure that
there is at the place of employment an adequate supply of water for the
use of his employees. Any person who fails to comply with this provision
is guilty of an offence.

According to Section 48 of the Employment Act wages shall be due and
