Other sources of information include the Internet, presence of international correspondents such as Reuters, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Cable News Network (CNN), Canal France International (CFI), Voice of America (VOA), Radio France and microwave links. A number of foreign newspapers and periodicals are equally circulated in the country through direct importation by the business community. These include among others, the Financial Mail, Weekly Standard, Washington Post, Focus on Africa, New African and Africa Confidential. D. FACTORS AND DIFFICULTIES 262. Some of the journalists are inadequately trained and are not able to accurately report on events and issues. 263. Some media organizations do not have adequate equipment such as cameras, Dictaphones, transmitters, microphones, heavy duty equipment and transport in order to conduct effective coverage and transmission. 111
