31 The Law is set to scale up and diversify per capita income, exploit raw materials available and enable citizens to avail themselves thereof, (Articles 3+5+7) of the given Law. All the above mentioned laws were aimed to introduce Articles (14, 15, 21, and 22) of the African Charter in the Libyan Law of relevance as a guarantee for economic rights that the State of Libya was committed to protect in front of the international community. Further the Great Jamhirya went so far as to pursue practical procedures in affirmation and in support of protecting these rights, as made clear in the following item:
