Judicial Measures
3.6. Regarding recommendation 29k of the Concluding Observations;
the Zimbabwean Courts have made a pronouncement in the
celebrated case of Margaret Dongo v Registrar-General and
Anor SC 06/10 which held that female parents have an equal
right and capacity to assist their children to obtain passports.
