xxxvii. Provide detailed information relating to indigenous populations, including the
legislative and other measures put in place to ensure their representation, in the
next Report;
Protection of the rights of LGBTI persons
xxxviii. Take effective and concrete measures to end all acts of violence and abuse, whether
committed by State or non-state actors, including by enacting and effectively
applying appropriate laws prohibiting and punishing all forms of violence
including those targeting persons on the basis of their imputed or real sexual
orientation or gender identities, ensuring proper investigation and diligent
prosecution of perpetrators, and establishing judicial procedures responsive to the
needs of victims;

Take the necessary measures to establish mechanisms for generating accurate
statistical data on relevant issues, including information on vulnerable and
marginalized groups, and include current statistics in the next Report;

Inform the Commission on the measures which have been taken to implement the
recommendations stated in its Report of the Promotion mission to Sierra Leone,
which was undertaken in February 2004, in the next Report;
