The mission of Malagasy Council for Reconciliation is to: - Set the modalities of compensation for all victims of political events between 2002 and the date of signature of the Road Map; - The eradication and prevention of cyclical political crises; - Establish sound foundations for the future and economic development of the nation. Alternative sentencing 3. Currently, the Ministry of Justice initiated the law reform process for the adoption of alternative sanctions. The adoption of this Bill will allow the application of Article 40 of the Charter for mothers involved in a criminal trial.
