(b) the designation, name, address and where
applicable the residence of the respondent;
(c) a concise statement of facts on which the claim is
based and of the law applicable; and
(d) the orders sought.
Representative action.
27.
(1)Where numerous persons have the same interest
in any claim or reference, the proceedings may be commenced
and, unless the Court orders otherwise, continued by or against
any one or more of them or on behalf of or of the benefit of the
persons so interested.
(2) The parties shall in such cases give notice of such
claim or reference to all such persons either by personal service or
where from the number of persons or any other cause such sevice
is not reasonably practicable by public advertisement as the Court
in each case may direct.
(3) Any person on whose behalf or for whose interest
a claim or reference is instituted or defended may apply to the
Court to be made a party in such case.

28.
(1) Upon the filing of a claim or reference, the Registrar
shall issue a notification in accordance with Form 1 of the Second
Schedule requiring the respondent to file a statement of defence
or response.
(2) A notification shall be signed by the Registrar or
an officer authorized by the Registrar in that behalf and shall be
sealed with the seal of the Court.
(3) A notification shall be accompanied by a copy of the
statementof claim or reference.

29.
(1) Where the Court has issued a notification to a
respondent, it May be delivered for service:—
