Respondents  (45.7  percent)  were  of  the  opinion  that  the  Office  of  Accountability  has  not  been   able  to  hold  public  officers  accountable  (Figure  24).     Respondents   (36.2   percent)   indicated   that   public   censor   is   failing   to   hold   public   servants   accountable  (Figure  25).  This  they  attributed  to  the  “politicization”  of  criminal  acts  by  section  of   the   public.   Hence,   Ghanaians   are   unable   to   objectively   discuss   and   condemn   acts   of   corruption   without  linking  it  to  partisan  politics.   51
