Indeed, new sectoral agreements have been signed in the microfinance and road transport sectors. Two (02) other agreements are being negotiated under the impetus of the labour administration. Finally, the control, consultation, mediation and regulatory bodies, notably the Autorité supérieure de contrôle d'Etat (ASCE), the Audit Office, the Conseil supérieur de la communication (CSC), the Médiateur du Faso produced and transmitted their 2012 Activity Reports to the Head of State. These different institutions made recommendations aimed at correcting the dysfunctions observed.
