The role of Egyptian civil society organizations in the fight against corruption was presented at the conference organized by the International Anti-Corruption Academy in cooperation with the administrative Control authority in Sharm el-Sheikh on 3 October 2017. B. Refugees, Immigration and Diaspora affairs 1. On the basis of Egypt's respect for all its obligations under the International Convention for the Protection of Refugees of 1951, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families of 1990, article 12 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples ' Rights, and all relevant international conventions Ratified by Egypt, articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution of 2014 guarantee freedom of movement, residence and immigration, the prohibition of deportation of any citizen from the territory of the State, and the forcible displacement of citizens in all its forms and manifestations, which it considers to be an imprescriptible offence.
