     Training  and  technical  assistance  to  enhance  the  capacity  of  law  enforcement  agencies, including  trainings  in  the  use  of  advanced  law  enforcement  techniques  and  equipment;  Assistance  to  improve  infrastructures  in  the  country,  particularly  paved  road  networks, electricity,  potable  water,  court  houses,  prison  and  detention  facilities  and  health care facilities; and  Training and technical assistance in the working methods of treaty bodies and in treaty  body reporting.    25
